1Who we are

AL BURAQ INTERNATIONAL SDN. BHD., trading as Buraq Group, is the data user for the personal data described in this notice. Our address: Kajang, Selangor, Malaysia.

2What we collect

• When you send an enquiry list: your company name, your name, phone number, your notes, and the products and quantities on the list.
• When you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email: your number or email address and whatever you share in the message.
• When you trade with us: the details needed for quotes, invoices and delivery, such as your business address.

3How this website handles it

• Your enquiry list is kept in your own browser (local storage) until you send it. It is not sent to our servers.
• When you press send, the site opens your own WhatsApp or email app with the message filled in. You send it.
• The site sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you.
• The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web server, it may log technical data such as IP address and browser type for security.

4Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry with wholesale pricing and stock.
• To process orders, deliveries, invoices and payments.
• To keep business records as Malaysian law requires.
• To send price lists or product news, only if you ask for them. You can stop at any time.

5Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is needed with:

• Logistics and delivery partners, to deliver your orders.
• Service providers we use to communicate and run the business, such as WhatsApp, email and accounting.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

6How long we keep it

We keep personal data for as long as the purposes above need it, and for as long as Malaysian law requires us to keep business and tax records. After that we delete it.

7Your rights

• Ask for access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Withdraw consent to marketing, or limit how we use your data.

8Do you have to give it?

No. But without a name and a phone number or email, we cannot reply to your enquiry or process an order.

9Changes and language

We may update this notice and will change the date below when we do. This notice is available in English and Bahasa Melayu.
